Brand stays & press trips · Ourika
Host a brand, its guests and its teams in a house designed by Studio KO.
Take over Villa E, a stone house in the Ourika valley, for a press trip, a creator stay or a brand moment: architecture, bedrooms on site and a landscape made for the image.

The place
Architecture with a story to tell.
Designed by Studio KO — architecture, interiors and furniture — and completed in 2013, Villa E has been featured in the architecture and design press. Hand-laid red stone, slate, walnut, a pool facing the sunset: the house gives your guests a singular setting and your teams very different backdrops on a single site.
Studio KO designed the house; the practice is not involved in running it or in the events held there.
The VillaFormats
Six ways to host.
To combine as your project requires.
- Press trip
- Host a few journalists for a stay, with a presentation, time to talk and moments in the house.
- Creator stay
- House content creators in an architectural setting, with time to create on site.
- Collection preview
- Show a collection or a range in the spaces of the house, to a few chosen guests.
- Product discovery
- Bring a product to life in context, for a day or a stay.
- Stay & shoot
- House the crew and shoot on site: the house brings several settings together in one place.
- Brand lunch or dinner
- Gather guests and partners around a table, under the pergola or facing the valley.

Capacity
Guests, teams, suppliers: three different capacities.
We look separately at the people who stay overnight, those who come for the day and the suppliers who work on site.
Numbers for a lunch or a dinner depend on the format and the spaces agreed.
Villa E is in its pre-opening phase: first dates are considered on request.

Good to know
Before you write to us.
How many guests can stay?
The house has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The number of guests staying depends on bed configuration, set out in your proposal; remember to count any brand or agency staff staying on site.
Can we host guests for lunch or dinner without an overnight stay?
This can be considered, depending on the format, the number of guests and the spaces agreed. Mention it in your enquiry.
Can we photograph and film during the stay?
Shoots are considered as part of the project: describe them in your enquiry (photo or video, crew size, times).
Are deliveries and storage possible?
These are checked for your dates: describe the equipment and products you plan to bring and we will tell you what is possible.
Has Villa E hosted brands before?
The house is in its pre-opening phase: we do not cite any references. Villa E has, however, been featured in the architecture and design press (see the Press page).
Can we arrive by helicopter?
The property has its own helipad, about ten minutes by air from Marrakech. Flights are not part of the exclusive use and are arranged separately.
How do we get a proposal?
Describe your project in the form (format, dates, guests staying, day teams) and we will come back to you with a tailored proposal.

Format, dates and number of people: a few details are enough for a first proposal.
