Villa E suits small groups: a house for exclusive use, with no other guests, on a hilltop in the Ourika valley. The living room, the reception room, the long wooden table facing the windows, the courtyards and the pergola give you different settings for working sessions, one-to-one conversations and meals.
The house is not a conference centre: you come with your own agenda, and every practical need is checked with you before you confirm.

- Arrive in the morning, working sessions, lunch, back in the evening. No overnight stay.
- Two nights
- A focused offsite: arrive the evening before, one full day, a closing morning.
- Leadership retreat, three nights
- Time to step back: sessions in the morning, freer afternoons, informal conversations in the evening.
Capacity
Seven bedrooms: seven people in single rooms.
Beyond that, capacity depends on bed configuration, set out in your proposal. Count any facilitators staying on site; day-only participants are considered separately.
No equipped meeting room is advertised: the living room, the reception room and the long table are chosen with you according to the format.
Villa E is in its pre-opening phase: first dates are considered on request.

About an hour by road from Marrakech. Group or staggered arrivals: arranged around your programme. Helicopter flights (about ten minutes) arranged separately.
Site visit
A visit to the house can be arranged by appointment.

How many people can stay?
The house has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms: seven people in single rooms. Beyond that, capacity depends on bed configuration, which we will confirm; remember to count facilitators staying on site.
Is there an equipped meeting room?
Villa E is not a conference centre and does not advertise an equipped room. We will tell you exactly what is on site — spaces, tables, sockets, connection — and what to plan for your dates.
Is the internet good enough to work?
The house has Wi-Fi through a 5G connection. Tell us how you will use it (video calls, file sharing, number of devices) and we will confirm before you come what it can handle.
Can people join for the day only?
This is considered separately from accommodation: give the number of day-only participants in your enquiry.
What about meals?
Meals can be prepared by a private chef or an outside caterer, depending on your plans; timing and dietary requirements are agreed with you and set out in your proposal.
How do we get there from Marrakech?
Villa E is in the Ourika valley, about an hour by road from Marrakech. Directions are shared on request and transfers can be arranged with you. The property also has its own helipad, about ten minutes by air from Marrakech; flights are arranged separately.

Yes, a visit can be arranged by appointment, subject to availability.
