A stone house on a hilltop in the Ourika valley, for the exclusive use of your group: you bring the programme, and we work through hosting, bedrooms and spaces with you.
The place
A secluded house that opens to the valley.
Designed by Studio KO and completed in 2013, Villa E crowns a wooded hill in the foothills of the High Atlas, at around 1,050 m. Thick walls of Ourika stone, sheltered courtyards and wide windows onto the hills: architecture that makes room for both quiet and light.
Taking over the house means bringing your group together with no other guests, with places to gather — the living room, the reception room, the branch pergola, the west-facing pool — and places to withdraw: alcoves, built-in benches, fireplaces.

Four ways to use the house.
Starting points, not packages: every retreat is shaped with its organiser.
- Yoga & meditation
- For a teacher and their group: morning and evening practice, silence, rest between sessions. Practice spaces are chosen with you, depending on group size and season.
- Creative retreats
- Writing, drawing, photography, music: an architect-designed house and a landscape to work in together, with large tables and quieter corners.
- Wellbeing
- Breathwork, movement, nutrition, rest: a quiet stay led by your own practitioners. The house does not present itself as a spa.
- Team retreats
- A few days away from the office to think, decide and reconnect. For a working format, see private offsites.

The details below are confirmed. Everything else — bed configuration, practice spaces — is set out in your proposal.
The number of bedrooms is not, on its own, a number of participants: it depends on bed configuration and on single or shared rooms. Remember to count any facilitators staying on site.
Villa E is in its pre-opening phase: first dates are considered on request.

For organisers
What we work through with you.
Every enquiry receives a written proposal. These are the points we cover together before confirming.
Exclusive use
The house is considered for your group alone, on your dates, subject to availability.
Accommodation
How participants and facilitators are allocated to bedrooms, single or shared: set out in your proposal.
Meals
A private chef or an outside caterer, depending on your plans. Meal times, dietary requirements and allergies: tell us when you enquire.
Transfers
About an hour by road from Marrakech, about ten minutes by helicopter. Arrivals and group timings: arranged around your programme; flights are arranged separately.
Site visit
A visit to the house can be arranged by appointment, so you can judge the spaces before committing.
Specific needs
Practice space, equipment, sound, hours of silence, accessibility: tell us what you need and we will tell you what is on site and what to plan for.

Does Villa E organise retreats?
No. Villa E does not schedule fixed-date retreats or sell places: the house is available for exclusive use by the organiser, who leads their own programme.
How many participants can the house host?
The house has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The number of participants depends on bed configuration and on single or shared rooms, facilitators included: tell us about your retreat and we will give you a precise answer.
Is there a yoga studio?
Villa E is not an equipped studio. Depending on group size and season, we look with you at the spaces that could work, indoors or outdoors; a visit lets you judge them on site.
Is equipment provided?
List the equipment you need in your enquiry (mats, cushions, sound…): we will tell you what can be provided and what to bring.
What about meals?
Meals can be prepared by a private chef or an outside caterer, depending on your plans; timing and dietary requirements are agreed with you and set out in your proposal.
How do we get there from Marrakech?
Villa E is in the Ourika valley, about an hour by road from Marrakech. Directions are shared on request and transfers can be arranged with you. The property also has its own helipad, about ten minutes by air from Marrakech; flights are arranged separately.
Can we visit before booking?
Yes, a visit to the house can be arranged by appointment, subject to availability.
What are your rates?
Every proposal is quoted individually, according to dates, length of stay, number of people and the services agreed.
